Today, I'm pleased to share my conversation with Tom Hanley, founder and CEO of 913 Incorporated. 913 has two parts, 913 Sports, which provides school aged children with bicycle fitness opportunities and helps them build their own bikes, and 913 Logistics, which plays a critical role in the food distribution network, serving food banks and food pantries as well as individuals and families.
Tom is a former competitive cyclist with a big heart for kids, neighbors who need food, and for collaborating with other nonprofits meeting similar needs. Tom offers some really interesting case studies about nonprofit leadership, strategy, and adapting to change. As well as describing how you can get involved in 913's mission.
